Configure Order External Status Management per Organization

This setting is available starting from OroCommerce version 6.0.2.

To configure an order external status management per organization:

  1. Navigate to System > User Management > Organizations in the main menu.

  2. For the necessary organization, hover over the More Options menu at the end of the row and click to start editing the configuration.

    Note

    For faster navigation between the configuration menu sections, use Quick Search.

  3. Select Commerce > Orders > Order Status Management in the menu to the left.

  4. In the Order Status Management section:

    1. Clear the Use System checkbox if it is selected.

    2. Select the Enable External Status Management checkbox.

  5. Click Save Settings.
