To export customer details in a .csv file:
Navigate to Customers > Customers in the main menu.
To export information on all customers, click Export on the top right and select the required option from the dropdown: Export (Customers) or Export Customer Addresses (available since OroCommerce v5.0.7. To check which application version you are running, see the system information).
Once the export of the selected option is complete, you will receive an email to download the .csv file.
