Configure Sales Territory Settings per Organization

To enable sales territories for leads, opportunities and all types of customers per organization:

  1. Navigate to System > User Management > Organizations in the main menu.

  2. For the necessary organization, hover over the More Options menu to the right of the necessary organization and click to start editing the configuration.

  3. Click CRM > Sales Territories in the panel to the left.

  4. Clear Use System and select Enable Sales Territories.

  5. Click Save Settings.

    When enabled, Territories will appear under Sales in the main menu.

    Note

    Sales Territories are disabled by default.
