Configure Global Sales Territory Settings

To enable sales territories for leads, opportunities and all types of customers:

  1. Navigate to System > Configuration in the main menu.

  2. Click CRM > Sales Territories in the panel to the left.

  3. Clear Use Default and select Enable Sales Territories.

  4. Click Save Settings.

    When enabled, Territories will appear under Sales in the main menu.

    Note

    Sales Territories are disabled by default.
